Krav Maga

Q: “Do I have to be in good shape to start?”

Absolutely not! Come in whatever shape you're in. If you're not in great shape - our classes will greatly improve your physical condition. If you are, then we'll help you stay in shape, and probably get in even better shape, too.

Q: “Can I participate in these Krav Maga classes if I have a medical condition?”

If you have a medical condition, or past / present injury, we advise speaking to your doctor before starting our Krav Maga classes.

Q: “What's the risk for injury with these classes?”

Very low, we're proud to say. We take extreme pre-cautions with our program to insure that you stay safe and sound. As with any form of physical activity, Krav Maga comes with a risk for injury. However, because of the lengths we go to teach Krav Maga safely - injuries are very rare here.

Q: “What kind of atmosphere are these classes? (fun? serious? etc.?)”

Every one of our Krav Maga classes goes through a range of atmospheres. At times, it's highly focused and serious. At other times it's goofy and fun. We try to create a good mixture of both so you learn a lot while having fun.

Fitness Kickboxing

Q: “Are both group & private classes available?”

Most of our members enjoy the group setting, but private sessions are available too depending on instructor availability.

Q: “How many people are generally in a group class?”

Normally around 15-30, with more instructors added as class size grows.

Q: “Are there other beginners like me?”

Yes! Our classes cater to people of all experience levels, and in every class there are people all over the spectrum.

Q: “Can you help me with my eating / nutrition?”

Absolutely. We offer nutritional guidance as part of your membership (at no additional cost).

Q: “Will your kickboxing class help me tone up?”

Definitely. Our entire program was handcrafted to help you get lean & toned. Literally every thing you do here helps you achieve this goal.

Q: “Do I need to ‘get in shape' before I start you classes?”

Nope! The whole point of our classes is to help you get IN shape! You can be at any level of fitness when you start out. You'll get in tip-top shape before you know it.
